UEFA'nın Financial Fair Play kurallarını ihlal eden PSG'ye yaptırım önerileri ağır şartlar içeriyor

Bilindiği gibi UEFA Financial Fair Play'de 76 kulüpten ek bilgi istemiş ve bunların 9 tanesi hakkında inceleme sürecinin devamına karar vermişti. Bu 9 kulübe bazı yaptırımlar önerilmişti, kulüplerden gelecek cevaplara göre kararın bu hafta açıklanması bekleniyor. Gelen haberlere 9 kulübün içerisinde Manchester City ve PSG'nin olduğu neredeyse kesin, diğer 7 kulübün hangileri olduğu bilinmiyor. Türk kulüpleri hakkında da bazı söylentiler mevcut. Le feuilleton du fair-play financier doit s’achever dans les prochains jours, l’UEFA étant en mesure de communiquer sur ce sujet d’ici la fin de la semaine. Et parmi les neuf clubs concernés par les sanctions à venir, le Paris Saint-Germain sait désormais à quelle sauce il sera mangé. En effet, selon l’Equipe de ce mardi, l’Instance de Contrôle Financier des Clubs (ICFC) a déterminé les mesures qu’elle souhaite prendre contre le PSG, un moratoire aurait même été trouvé entre les deux camps afin que l’affaire n’aille pas plus loin. Le quotidien sportif dévoile les différentes décisions qui vont tomber sur le club de la capitale, lesquelles auraient donc été acceptées par Nasser Al-Khelaifi, le patron du Paris Saint-Germain ne souhaitant pas se lancer dans un bras de fer éventuellement risqué avec l’UEFA. Et forcément cela va clairement changer l'avenir du PSG.

Les mesures exigées par l’UEFA au PSG

- Contrôle de la masse salariale : Celle du PSG est actuellement de 240ME, elle ne devra plus bouger.

- Limitation des transferts : Le PSG ne pourra recruter « que » pour 60ME et pour un seul joueur, sans faire augmenter sa masse salariale. Il faudra donc vendre pour acheter, c’est une évidence.

- Le PSG n’aura le droit qu’à 21 joueurs sur la liste transmise à l’UEFA pour la Ligue des champions au lieu de 25 pour ses concurrents, dont huit devront avoir été formés au club.

- Le Paris Saint-Germain paiera une amende de 60ME sur trois ans, soit 20ME par an. 

- Le PSG doit ramener son déficit à 30ME, son contrat avec Qatar Tourism Authority ayant été validé à 100ME et pas à 200ME par saison dans les comptes transmis à l'UEFA.
