Bayern Münih, Beşiktaş, Fenerbahçe ve Galatasaray'ın kaç katı büyüklüğünde?

Allianz Bayern Münih'in %8.33 hissesine 110 mn Euro ödedi.

Görüldüğü gibi takımların toplam değeri Bayern'in yarısı bile etmiyor. Bayern, bu piyasa değeriyle en büyük piyasa değerine sahip olan Türk Kulübü Fenerbahçe'nin 5 katı piyasa değerine sahip, bu oran Beşiktaş'a göre 8, Galatasaray'a göre ise 11.5 kat. Trabzonspor'un piyasa değeri ise Bayern'in 39'da birine denk geliyor.
Özkaynakların bu kadar eksi olmasının piyasa değerlerini düşürücü etkisi var kuşkusuz.

German insurer Allianz is paying €110m for a stake in Bayern Munich, reigning Champions League holders and one of the world’s best-known football clubs.

Allianz is injecting capital in return for an 8.33 per cent stake in Bayern, the insurance company said in a statement.
In parallel, Allianz will also extend a naming rights deal for Bayern’s stadium, one of the best-known arenas in world sport. The stadium will be known as the Allianz Arena until 2041.
“There are only a handful of clubs known the world over and this is one,” said a person familiar with the transaction, adding that the Allianz Arena “gets more visitors than Neuschwanstein”, the fairytale castle in Bavaria.
Allianz is Europe’s largest insurer by market capitalisation and a household name in Germany.
The club would use the proceeds to repay debt and build a football youth centre, Allianz said.
Debt reduction should ensure the club continues to compete with European rivals in the transfer market.
Germany’s Bundesliga clubs earn strong revenues from ticket sales and merchandise but clubs in England’s Premier League and Spain’s La Liga earn far more in broadcast rights income.
Bayerm’s overall revenues were €431m in 2012-13, up by 17 per cent on the previous season thanks to a treble-winning triumph that included the Champions League victory and securing the Bundesliga title.
Bayern plans to extend the capacity of the Allianz Arena by 4,000 to 75,000, making it Germany’s second-biggest stadium.

(Reuters) - German insurer Allianz (ALVG.DE) on Tuesday took an 8.33 percent stake in Bayern Munich football club for 110 million euros ($150.44 million) as part of a deal to help the club pay down debts on its stadium and to sponsor a youth academy.
The deal gives the club, which has no stock market listing, and is majority controlled by its members, an implied valuation of 1.32 billion euros.
Allianz said it had also extended a sponsorship deal giving the insurer the option to extend the naming rights for the club's Munich stadium until 2041.
"FC Bayern München has thus once again set in place the basis of a solid, financially secure future for the club," Jan-Christian Dreesen, FC Bayern München AG board member responsible for finance said in a statement.
Bayern will use the proceeds to pay down the club's remaining obligations on the Allianz Arena in Munich. The stadium would then be debt free, the football club said.
Proceeds would also be used for the planned reconstruction of the youth and junior facility in Munich, the club further said.
Bayern Munich's stadium cost 340 million euros to build, and has been known as the Allianz Arena since it opened in 2005, when the insurer and the football club began their sponsorship deal.
With the capital injection Allianz becomes the third strategic partner of FC Bayern alongside sportswear maker Adidas (ADSGn.DE) and car maker Audi (VOWG_p.DE).
The three companies, which are all headquartered in the Free State of Bavaria, now each hold an 8.33 percent stake in the club, Bayern Munich said.
In accordance with the club's statutes, the main shareholder remains the FC Bayern München e.V. association and its members which control 75 percent of the stock.
In 2002, Adidas paid around 75 million euros to take a stake in the club, and Audi paid around 90 million euros for its stake which it acquired in 2010 and 2011.
